2023-2024 PTO Meetings

All General Meetings are held in the Beverly Cafeteria and begin at 5 pm unless otherwise noted.


Beverly PTO general meetings are open to all parents/guardians, grandparents, staff, teachers, administrators of Beverly School and local community members.

Membership is voluntary and you do not need to be a member to attend. To add an agenda item, make a motion, debate, and vote, you will need to purchase a membership.  Family Memberships are $5 and are available for purchase at Open House, monthly PTO meetings, and throughout the school year.

We value your time and will strive to keep meetings to 1 hour.  September and May meetings typically run slightly longer, due to additional agenda items and votes.

We are excited about the upcoming school year and the positive impact PTO can make for each one of our Bobcat students.  Please take a moment to stop us and introduce yourself this year, we're looking forward to meeting you!
